Hi, I'm Derek

I help small businesses stop wasting time on repetitive tasks. After 10 years in tech — working across telecom, healthcare risk management, and insurance — I've seen the same pattern over and over: smart people doing dumb work because "that's how it's always been done."

Now I work with legal practices, medical offices, and insurance agencies to identify their biggest time-wasters and build automations that actually work. No buzzwords, no over-engineered solutions — just practical systems that save real hours every week.

When I'm not building automations, I'm pursuing my second Master's degree in Organizational Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania, cheering on the Eagles, or trying new restaurants around Philly.
